Terms and Conditions

We try to make the descriptions and pictures of our goods as accurate as possible, but our products are hand made using natural materials, so please allow for variations in colour and size.

Postage
Postage is £ 1.99 for orders under £20.-. Postage is free for orders of £20.- or more. Postage may be higher for destinations outside the UK, see below.

How to order
Please use the Shopping Basket facilities on the site to order, which allow you to pay for your order using Paypal. It is easy, free and secure.

If you'd rather not pay by credit card, please send your order along with your cheque to:

Please note that we can only accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank, and don't forget to add £ 1.99 for postage if your order is less than £ 20.-

To order from outside the UK
We are very happy with your order and will send your order to you wherever you are on this planet.

Please use our shopping basket facilities to pay for your purchases.

We will not charge extra postage if your order contains only incense and incense giftsets. However, if incense holders are part of your order, we will ask you to pay extra postage, but never more than it costs us to send your order to you. Contact us with your order beforehand and we will send you an invoice by Paypal.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 3 days of receiving your payment. If you pay by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending your order out.

Tell others about us!
Have you enjoyed our incense?. Do you like our website? Please tell your friends about us.

We won't tell others about you!
We won't give your details to anyone else.

The only details we will hold are your name, email (paypal) address and address details, with possibly your phone number. These are the details Paypal provides us with so that we can get your order to you without problems. We do not get to see your creditcard, debitcard or bank details.

We will not use your email address to send you emails other than to confirm your order, unless you have opted in by requesting to be added to our mailinglist. If you want to unsubscribe from this list, just send us an email.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will love your purchase. If you would however like to return an unused item, please do so within 14 days for a refund. Postal expenses will only be refunded if the item was faulty.
